Charming shell cameo depicting a ladies face in side profile to the front of this vintage 9ct yellow gold ring dating from the 1970's. Inside of the band you see a partial English hallmark, Birmingham assay office but there is no date letter. The cameo is in good order please see the pictures. Fabulous vintage cameo ring.
