Royal St Edward's Crown Pendant Charm 9k Gold & Paste Vintage 1975 English Hallmark.

From a time when Queen Elizabeth II celebrated her Silver Jubilee in the 1970's, this is a fantastic pendant or charm of St Edward's Crown that is used during the Coronation Service of the queen, or king, of Great Britain & Northern Ireland.
During the 1960's & 1970's charms were very popular, & today these little works of art have again become very collectable being worn traditionally as a charm or with a modern twist as a pendant from a chain necklace.
The gold hallmark can be found to the side of the crown, this is where you see the lion head mark for the London assay office along with the date letter 'A' for the year 1975. There is also a makers mark 'AJLd'. The facetted pink crystal paste to the interior is in good order. Around the base of the crown are small paste stones to represent sapphires, rubies, emeralds etc, these stones would benefit from a light clean & 1 stone is missing, see pictures as all sides photographed.
Size including bale 3.2 x 2.0 x 2.0 cm or 1.2 x 0.8 x 0.8 inches.
