Fabulous antique sterling silver propelling pencil dating from the late Victorian period circa 1880. The silver has been tested as there are no marks. To the end is a blank purple amethyst paste seal stone, minor nibbles from use please see the pictures. Good movement to slide open and close. and spins on the bale hanging ring. A wonderful antique propelling pencil.
