An intriguing and rare pair of Torquayware stork vases in Grotesque Style. These late 19th century vases are not marked and possibly Baron Barnstaple or Allervale with Vulliamy influence. In excellent used condition no hairline cracks or crazing, one tiny nibble to the rim of one of the vases hardly visible and more likely an unglazed imperfection, see pictures. There's a slight difference in hue between the two.
Dimensions per vase are: 15.5 x 6 cm or 6.1 x 2.36 Inches.
