From the collectable manufacturer CHIM from the 1960's, this is a fantastic example of a newborn baby being weighed in the baby scales in sterling silver.
The sterling silver has been tested as there are no silver marks, the CHIM mark can be found to the bar of the scales. The baby in the weighing pan is in the typical baby position of one foot in its mouth. The weight moves along the bar. Could be worn as a pendant from a necklace or from a bracelet as a charm.
Size 2.4 x 1.2 x 1.3cm or 0.9 x 0.5 x 0.5 inches.
Weight 3.6 grams or 2.25 penny weight.
