This small brass tilt top table from the second half of the 19th Century is usually known to be a candle reflector, however due to the chess board on the top this may also have been intended for a dolls house of tradesman's sample. In good order but there is some loss to the red on the chess board, please see the pictures. Good hinge to tilt the top & the top is stable.
