This bracelet or bangle was made by the Marsh Arab people of what was then Mesopotamia in the 1920s. It is made of Sterling Silver with Nielo (a type of enamel) decoration, the Nielo was applied and then the design was acid etched in. In good vintage condition, there are Arabic Silver marks on some of the panels, but it has been tested as 925 Sterling Silver. The bracelet clasp is secured by a pin and is good and firm.
