Stamped by the collectable assay office of Chester, this is a charming antique heart shape sterling silver bon bon or other sweet dish dating from the late Victorian period. Decorated with bows, simply charming. The silver hallmark can be seen to the bowl of the dish, Chester assay office & the date letter for the year 1897, the makers mark is rubbed & cant be read.
