Heart Padlock Clasp Findings 9k Gold Vintage 1975 English.

Traditionally found securing charm bracelets, this is a fantastic vintage 9ct yellow gold heart shape padlock clasp with English hallmarks dating the clasp to the mid 1970's.
The gold mark can be found to the rear, this is where you see a lion head for the London assay office along with the date letter for the year 1975. Just before is the makers mark 'ASJ'.
Good secure clasp with a good hinge to open & close. There is also an eye to the centre to allow for a safety chain to be fitted.
Size 1.9 x 1.4 cm or 0.7 x 0.5 inches.
Weight 1.6 grams or 1.0 penny weight.
