Traditionally found to secure a charm bracelet this is a great heart shape padlock clasp dating from the 1970's when charm bracelets were very popular. The gold is marked to the rear, this simply reads '.375' for 9ct gold. Good hinge to open and shuts securely. Today they are also found hung as closed charm as well as a closed pendant. A fabulous vintage heart padlock.
