Fantastic and unusual gold gilt and hand painted Messines sweetheart brooch commemorating the Battle Of Messines in WWI c1920. This is a fabulous and rare item presumably commemorating this horrific battle. The item is in good condition with minor signs of wear consistent with age and use. No damage to the enamel.
