Antique High Victorian period circa 1870 Good Quality Artisan manufactured bangle in the traditional style detailed with a half panel of intricate Ivy leaves within a closed gallery, the bangle features a strong hinged spine and push lock clasp at the mouth with provisional latch clasps to keep the bangle secured in place when worn, in good condition for age, showing only mild wear and with the silver having a pleased aged patination it makes for a handsome example of the period and is ready to be worn.
The Bangle when closed shut measures 7 cm x 4.8 cm and has a shank width of 2.5 cm, the silver is impressed with markings flush to the push lock on the inner shank indicating manufacturer.
