An attractive Fauteuil chair, a style of open-armchair with a primarily exposed wooden frame originating in France during the early 17th century. Has a pretty green floral tapestry upholstery and hand carved foliage decoration. Offered by the seller in good antique condition with a good sturdy structure, however has some scratches commensurate with age as found. Vintage France 19th century.
