Vintage circa 1960's French Manufactured Diamond Solitaire Ring in 18ct Yellow Gold, a quality piece of fine jewellery featuring a chunky setting and a Lovely Quality brilliant cut diamond measuring 0.23cts, good condition, light wear from age, will benefit from a gentle clean.
The Ring setting measures 1.7 cm x 7 mm, has a tapered shank with a width at the apex of 5 mm making it quite a chunky affair, the inner shank to the ring is impressed with the French small guarantee gold mark/makers mark 'WV' along with a hand inscribed notation of 0.23 indicating diamond carat.
The Ring sizes to a U.K 'O 1/2' (O and a half) and is ready to be worn albeit in need of a gentle clean to shine again.
