Stamped with the collectible Millennium English hallmarks this is a great vintage sterling silver photo or picture frame. The hallmarks can be seen to the side of the frame, London assay office with the date letter for the year 1999. The lens is present and in good order, dark blue velvet to the rear also in good order, and the frame stands well. Just add a photo of a loved one to make wonderful.
