Dog Clip Clasp Findings 9k Gold Antique Victorian c1890.



Traditionally found attached to the end of a gentleman's watch chain, but today used to secure a necklace or bracelet, this is a fantastic 9ct rose gold dog clip clasp dating from the late Victorian period.
The gold mark can be found to the top, this reads '9 .375'. The clasp is secure but the spring is a little lazy, please see the pictures. The clasp spins on the bale ring.
Size 2.5 x 0.8 cm or 1.0 x 0.3 inches.
Weight 2.2 grams or 1.4 penny weight.
