This is a cutting board with a hand forged blade or cleaver attached to it. No apparent makers mark on the blade. Base block is well worn on both sides, used as a Chicken Head Chopper or Tobacco Cutter. these items have been used in the past on farms to chop the heads off of chickens before dinner aswell as also used to cut tobacco or cigars. this item was used for tobacco intended purposes as still bears the smell of pipe tobacco , item is in good quality condition and would make a great staple piece to any desk or side unit.
