Antique Late 19th Century Fine Example of a Queen Victoria Diamond Jubilee Cup in earthenware manufactured by Doulton Burslem, Very good condition for age, spot discolouration to the interior but otherwise in original condition more or less, there being no cracks, chips or damages and with the printed exterior still retaining its clarity on white glaze.
The Cup stands 9.5 cm tall or 3.7 inches with a diameter at the brim of 8.5 cm or 3.3 inches, the underside to the cup features the Doulton Burslem mark along with the relevant Rd number for the year 1897 and the legend "Victoria R.I Diamond Jubilee".
Makes for a fabulous collectible piece, rare to find in this condition.
