Chinese Bronze Censer Antique Qing Period c.1880.



This Chinese Bronze Censer dates to the late 19th century.  A censer is a vessel in which incense is burnt during a religious ceremony, this Chinese example bears four Chinese characters to the sides and on the base. Also decorated with stylised foliage and three elephant head feet.  In good antique condition with a wonderful aged bronze patina.
