Stamped to the inside with the collectable assay office of Chester, this is a great 9ct yellow gold double locket dating from the late 1940's. The locket is a double & can display 2 photo's of loved ones. The date letter to the inside is for the year 1948. Good hinge to open, snaps shut securely, no interior. Fabulous vintage locket.
