This is an interesting saucer from the Goss collection, which is listed in Goss's book British B & W Saucers 1745-95 that was published this year.
It is made by Pennington and Part c 1785-95 in Liverpool. The pattern is of a Chinese Lady and her servant.
The saucer is in good antique condition but has the typical inclusions and rough patches of these late Pennington items. Please see photos as they form a large part of the condition report.
