These are delightful blue and white sweet little pair of early Victorian Children's nursery or toy plates dating from c1840 and are decorated with blue dots and stars and scrolls around the rim all on a white background.  Unmarked these would have been part of a larger toy tea-set probably but are offered in fair original condition. One plate is perfect the other has two tiny hair cracks but no repairs (please see pictures) which can only be seen from back and do not detract in any way.

Dimensions each diameter 9.5 x 1.5 cm or 3.7 x 0.6 inches.

Combined weight 103 grams or 66.23 penny weight.
