Taking inspiration from the Bible story of Adam and Eve with the forbidden fruit, the apple, this is a fun vintage 9ct yellow gold charm dating from the 1960's. At this time charm bracelets were very popular as it allowed the wearer to create a unique item of jewellery. Still collectable today, still found hung as charms from a bracelet, as well as with a modern twist as a pendant from a necklace. The English hallmarks can be seen to the one side, Birmingham assay with the date letter for the year 1960. Good hinge to open and shuts securely, open up to reveal Adam and Eve inside. A wonderful vintage charm.
