The ring contains 8 pearls placed in a heart shaped setting, the centre garnet is also of a fabulous colour, all the stones have been tested as real and all are present, please see the pictures. The gemstones are set in 9ct yellow gold, and the English hallmarks can be found to the inside of the band, see pictures.
