Vintage Latter 20th Century 9ct Gold Ring set with a 1 Taller Coin in 14k gold after a half liberty dollar design, a novelty jeweller made piece, popular in the 1970's the taller coin insert to the setting featuring Liberties head within a starred frame, the reverse to the coin featuring a Latin motto along with the date 1854.
The Ring is a chunky affair, features large Floral pierced shoulders including posey flowers and a tapered shank with a width of 3 mm at the apex, the setting to the ring measuring roughly 1.4 cm in diameter.
The ring is in good used vintage condition, shows some age related wear and will benefit from a gentle clean but is otherwise very acceptable, marked to the inner shank for Birmingham assay office 9ct Gold (375) circa 1978.
