An 18ct gold cluster ring, claw-set with eight round cut rubies, each weighing approximately 0.03ct. In the centre of the rubies is an illusion-set 0.015ct round brilliant cut diamond. The head of the ring is 18ct white gold, which is connected to an 18ct yellow gold shank, with diamond cut panels on the shoulders.
The ring is in good vintage condition. It is hallmarked but the stamp has slightly worn away, only the fineness crown symbol, 750 fineness number and partial anchor representing the Birmingham assay office still remain
