A Victorian heart locket consisting of a glass panel in a heart shape, displaying a forget-me-not flower set with five cabochon cut turquoise gemstones. Bordering the glass heart are sixteen cabochon cut turquoise, each approximately 2mm diameter. Forget-me-not jewellery were popular love tokens during the Victorian period, as the forget-me-not flower symbolised true love and remembrance. The pendant dates back to the Victorian period, and is in good antique condition, with slight tarnishing to the back and some discolouration to the turquoise. It is unhallmarked.
