Rare Antique Circa 1910 example of a Sterling Silver Drinking Mug in Sterling Silver, manufactured by Arthur & Bond in Yokohama, Japan this lovely example features a tapered body and wide base with traditional rung handle, vacant of engraving or otherwise the mug is gilded to the interior and in good clean condition as well as being without damages, dings, repairs or otherwise.
The Mug is impressed to the underside with the Sterling silver mark as well as the makers mark for Arthur & Bond.

Arthur & Bond was an English company in Yokohama, Japan, active during the Meiji period that sold high-quality sterling silver items, particularly to foreign visitors and expatriates, Arthur & Bond were noted for the famous commissioned piece called the Liscum Bow.

The Mug stands 8 cm tall, has a base diameter of 6.8 cm and a diameter at the brim of 5.3 cm.
