Fantastic vintage 9ct yellow gold pierced heart pendant set with clear stones, possibly diamonds, dating from the 1980's. The stones are too small to test, but they are all present please see the pictures. The gold is marked to the bale, this reads '9ct'. The heart is of a great size meaning it could be hung as a pendant from a necklace as well as a charm from a bracelet.
